Common questions

Where is my data stored? Only on your device. There's no account and nothing is uploaded.

I'm not getting reminders. Open your phone's Settings → REMEMRO → Notifications and allow them. Then check Settings → Reminders inside the app.

How do I restore Premium? Open the Premium screen or Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account.

How do I cancel my subscription? iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.

Will I lose my scrapbook if I delete the app? Yes — everything lives on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. Back up your device to keep it safe.
